Who we are and how we work
Dwellio was started with a single goal: to handle residential property management clearly, reliably, and for the long term. We are property investors ourselves and we build Dwellio the way we would want such a service to be. It rests on defined rules, a personal approach, and practical knowledge of the Western Bohemian rental market.
Founders
Jakub Matějovic
Jakub has been engaged with investment properties for a long time and is a real-estate investor himself. Since 2018 he has worked as a financial advisor and real-estate agent, building client relationships on trust, a practical approach, and a long-term view. At Dwellio he handles the real-estate side, personal communication with tenants, and the day-to-day operations at the properties.
Jan Matas
Jan has a background in applied mathematics and finance, with experience in financial modelling, risk analysis, and process design. He's a property investor himself and at Dwellio he looks after administration, processes, and the operational back-office.
How we work
We believe good property management rests above all on predictability. That's why we keep our terms, pricing, money flow, and the individual steps of the tenancy clearly defined. The owner gets a continuous overview, the tenant knows who to turn to, and routine operational matters are handled in time. We're not in this for one-off apartment handovers — our goal is a long-term, working tenancy where both sides know where they stand.
