What data we process
When you contact us via the form on our website, we may process:
- Name (required) — for addressing and identification in communication
- Email (required) — to reply to your message
- Phone (optional) — if you prefer phone contact
- Message content — information you share with us yourself
When you communicate with us by email or phone, we process the data you provide within that communication.
Purpose of processing
We process your data for the purposes of:
- replying to your message and discussing potential cooperation
- keeping a communication history for future engagement
- fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. archiving under applicable law)

We process the data on the basis of:
- your consent — given by submitting the contact form
- our legitimate interest — communication with potential clients

Retention period
We retain the data for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose. Typically:
- contact details and communication history: 3 years from the last interaction, if no contract is concluded
- data related to concluded contracts: for the duration of the contract and 10 years after its termination (statutory archiving obligation)
Who receives the data
We share your data only with these processors:
- Resend (resend.com) — processor for sending emails from the contact form. GDPR-compliant.
- Vercel (vercel.com) — website hosting provider. Form data passes through but is not stored.
We do not share your data with any third parties for marketing or other purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right:
- to access your data (Art. 15)
- to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- to erasure ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17)
- to restrict processing (Art. 18)
- to data portability (Art. 20)
